By registering to the shop and placing an order you agree that you have read this Agreement, the terms of Privacy Policies and agree to comply with them. This Agreement is a public offer and regulates the relationship between the store and the customer.
1. General Conditions
1.1. Placing an order. If you place the order in our store for the first time, then you will need to go through the procedure of registration before placing the order and its following formalization. This is necessary so that you can track your order and receive a notification on its implementation. All personal information that you provide to us is not available for third parties (see Privacy Statement). In the future, with repeat orders you will be able to place them without registration, logging in with your username and password.
1.2. Reservation and payment procedure. All orders are sent to the customer after the full payment in advance.
1.3. Operating expenses for minimal orders. In our shop there is no minimal order (many of our products are very inexpensive) and not to deny our clients, we add to the cost of each order less than $ 10 (or equivalent in the current currency) a small amount (USD 1) to cover operating costs and expenses for product packaging. For orders over this amount the operating expenses are collected.
2. Terms of order processing
2.1. Normal processing time and shipping of orders is 2-3 business days from the day of enrolment. You can always check the status of your order in the Personal Profile (logging in under your user name and password).
3.1. We sell and ship our products to most countries. All goods are carefully packaged to prevent damage while the transit. We deliver the orders by ordinary or registered airmail (depending on the willingness of the buyer). Registered airmail is the most reliable shipment method and it has an international tracking number, which can be used to track its location.
3.2. All orders will be shipped to the address and the name specified when placing the order. The entire responsibility for the completeness and accuracy of the data provided is for the customer.
3.3. If you wish to send an order to an address that is different from the registration one (such as another person), you must specify a different delivery address at the time of ordering.
4. Contacts and Feedback
4.1. All negotiations (including changes and additions to orders) we produce through email correspondence. If you are a new customer, please send your question using the feedback from the page "Contacts".
4.2. If your question is about already placed order, just send an email to the address of the store. In the “Subject” line you should indicate the number of your order.
5. Warranties. Unconditional Refund Policy
5.1. The authenticity of the products. We guarantee 100% authenticity and originality of the product (as specified in the product description), sold in our store, and manufacturer's compliance with their standards. All products are delivered in unused condition.
5.2. Quality of products. Quality of products meet the standards the manufacturer.
5.3. Packing. All items will be packaged properly to prevent accidental damage in transit.
5.4. Unconditional Refund Policy. Exchange of goods. In that case, if the product contains a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it for a similar defect-free (or refund the money), in case if the product does not have any trace of the exploitation and is in the original packaging. 6. Prohibited goods delivery
6.1. Some products may not be permitted to post transmit or remittance in accordance with the customs legislation. Such products will be excluded from the order.
7.1. Commitments of the Store are considered to be satisfied after sending the order.
7.2. Our obligations are considered fulfilled after the dispatch of the order. We will not be responsible for late delivery, loss or damage of goods while the transit, as well as for the actions of third parties and / or reimburse any loss for damage of goods while the transit or for its loss. Registered delivery implies a tracking code by which it can be tracked. Average delivery doesn’t have any tracking code, and therefore is cheaper. However, ordering the delivery of common origin, you assume all risks related with its loss in transit. If necessary, the Store will send (on request) a photocopy of the receipt of shipment.
7.3. Please check the integrity of the packaging and contents upon receipt of goods in the presence of warehouse workers or postal workers. All claims (except for warranty claims) shall be presented to the carrier. We don’t take any responsibility and do not make any refund or compensation for a product that has not been received at the carrier or for the penalty charged by the carrier for additional storage of cargo.
7.4. The shop is not responsible for any delivery due to incorrect customer specified data.
